Vor IGS Casinos wird gewarnt, weil angeblich mehrfach keine Gewinnauszahlungen erfolgt sind.
    Zitat aus einem Forum:

Early in Feb 04 I deposited and played for several hours at www.islandjoescasino.com I have played off and on at this casino for over 3 years. For the most part I have never had any complaints or problems with them. I felt as though I got a fair shake for my money, and most importantly I had fun. Never won anything, never really expected to either. Online gamming is a hobby, real casinos however are a diffrent story.
Well I was feeling prety good after 10-12 beers, and a few hours of blackjack, when I decided to blow the rest of my bankroll and go to bed.
Damn it, I hit one of those streaks we all dream about, after a very short amount of time I was up to playing 3 hands @ a time @ $500.00 a hand. Had a few more beers went from about $8000.00 back down to $4,800.00.
Then I did something I have never done before at an online casino, I cashed out. (you see where this is heading don't you?)

The next morning I did the live chat thing with playercenter.com. They told me my withdraw was "pending" and would be processed and mailed very shortly. I mentioned their web site saying how they process all withdraw requests the same business day, and was told that is correct sir and your withdraw is beign "processed".

The following day I tried to acesses www.islandjoescasino.com, and found the site was down. I live chatted again and was assured that it would not affect my pending withdraw.

Three days later I called them. I was informed that because of the "large" amount of my withdraw my account had to go thru some "security procedures". HUH?!?! I was asked to scan and send copies of my ID and credit card. Which I did very quickly.

I let a whole week go by and live chatted again. Was told that because of the amount of my withdraw, it was under review from their accounting dept.

Then on 12 Feb 04 I get an email stating my check was sent and they advise a 7-14 working day wait for all checks.

On 16Feb04 I get another email stating that accounting is still working on my withdraw, and I will be notified if there are any problems. HUH?!?! Either they mailed the check, or they didn't?

I called them and "yes sir the check was mailed"

I waited, day 14 I call them. I was told, that the casino owner has taken over responsibilty for payment of my withdraw, that someone made a "mistake" by telling me several times that my check was sent, and I would have to contact the casino owner myself if I wanted to get paid. I asked how do I do that and they gave me an email address that of course didn't work.

I called them again and was told sorry sir but there is nothing more we can do the owner of the casino is having some "personal" problems and he is responsible for paying you.

Thats about when I started searching for help, I found these forums and started complaining.

As of yesterday, 19 April 04, I have been told several diffrent stories from these crooks. The final one was yesterday morning when I asked about IGS paying me off. After denying that IGS has ever paid anyone I showed them proof from another forum. Then I was told they would ask IGS to pay me.

Fact: There is a crystal clear pattern of lying and fraud on their part.
Fact: NO WHERE on their web site or in their t&c does it state anything about casino owners paying players. In fact is says the oppisite.
Fact: Only when its convient do they use the "we are only a third party/tech support"
Fact: I am not the only player this has happened to. I have email and chat logs from other forum members who's scenario is very similar to mine.
Fact: You cannot say you didn't know any better, (for your convience I have listed all of IGS/playercenter.com sites). I am warning everyone about these scumbags, I encourage you to close your accounts with them and or send them an email about this post. support@playercenter or [email protected].
