I have investigated this case more in depth and I could observe the following:
-Both accounts had activity and the “account created by mistake” had more than 2 login sessions on it.
-Both accounts were accessed from Ubuntu – Firefox browser and from an Android device – Chrome browser.
-If one of the accounts was created by mistake, you did not contact us and inform us about this, making sure that we close the account before our system detects any suspicious activity.
Due to the reasons above, I am sadly unable to go outside our procedure and the bans and prevention will remain final. I am sorry for not being able to help you more from my side and I trust that you understand why we must value fairplay and our Terms and Conditions so highly in order to continue functioning as a business.
