II. GENERAL BONUSES:
General Bonuses include all Special, signup & promotional Bonuses. Flash account holders are only eligible to receive one specified 100% match bonus up to $50 and a $25 monthly bonus.
For the avoidance of doubt, when Player wagers with an account balance comprising both deposits of Player and bonuses, giveaways, promotional or ex-gratia deposits made by the Company, the Player's money is wagered first and the Company's wagered last.
The Sign Up Match Deposit Bonus remains open until further notice.
A Player may only claim the no deposit sign up bonus within 24 hours and the first match deposit bonus once within 72 hours of registering at the casino.
A monthly bonus is only offered when specified to selected real players who we deem to be genuine, and who exhibit the qualities of fair gaming. The casino reserves the right to exclude players exhibiting contrary qualities.
The Company reserves the right to set and apply promotion specific wagering and/or withdrawal requirements. When accepting or claiming a promotion or bonus it is the Player’s responsibility to be aware of any promotion specific wagering and/or withdrawal requirements.

Prizes/Winnings can be transferred from a Bonus Account to Deposit Account once all wagering requirements on the bonus have been met. Prizes/winnings can only be withdrawn from a valid Captain Cooks Deposit Player Account when all wagering requirements (see above) have been met. All wagering requirements must be met within 7 days of the bonus being credited to the player account or the promotional bonus will be subject to deduction from the player's account. This will be determined by Captain Cooks E-Commerce Limited. Further Action will be taken against serial promotion abusers.
All promotions are available only once per person, e-mail address, credit card number, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc).
Captain Cooks Casino Promotions Department will be the sole judge and no further correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to discontinue or cancel General Bonuses at any time for any reason whatsoever and without notice.
Offers are not transferable.
By submitting an entry, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of this agreement just as if you had signed this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement you should immediately discontinue your involvement. Player fully understands, agrees to, becomes a party to and shall abide by all rules, regulations, terms and conditions contained herein and as such rules; regulations, terms and conditions may change from time-to-time.
Wagering requirements on all promotions must be met within 7 days of the promotion completing or the promotional bonus will be subject to deduction from the player account.
In accepting these terms and conditions the player also accepts the Casino's right to request proof of identification documents from the Player which may be requested in an effort to combat online fraud.
To reduce potential fraud winnings may be held up to eight (8) working days if the player deposited with Citadel or Firepay.
Our bonuses are given in good faith and we value Fair Gaming. If you are eligible for promotions and act in such a way as to negate your initial eligiblity once you have received this bonus, then all future promotion inivtations will be withdrawn.
