RealTime Gaming "Flexes" at GIGSE Show Atlanta, GA – Attendees at this year's Global Interactive Gaming Summit and Exposition (GIGSE) got a firsthand demonstration of what it takes to be successful in the online gaming software – power and flexibility. Between sipping cocktails and enjoying a quick massage, guests were treated to live performances by Olga Pikhienko, world-renowned contortionist and former Cirque Du Soliel star at the RealTime Gaming booth. “We try to do something different each year for this show, and the display Olga put on was beyond compare. People were just blown away,” said Daniel Schultz , RealTime's Vice Chairman. “Everything she symbolizes – power, balance, flexibility – it's the visual embodiment of our development philosophy.” The RealTime Gaming theme for the show centered on “Power and Flexibility” – the power of their back-end administrative interface and the flexibility to provide solutions for a variety of operators. “We have the best back-end system in the business and the developmental flexibility to integrate with almost any kind of established gaming business,” explains Schultz. “We can deliver complete solutions for new operators or develop complimentary casino offerings or established operations.” By all accounts, this year's show was a great success for the RealTime crew, and plans are already in the works for GIGSE 2006 scheduled to take place next spring in Toronto. Schultz hinted about next year saying, “This show will be hard to top, but we've got some things still left up our sleeve, you can bet on that.” |

Michael McMain Named New CEO for RealTime Gaming Atlanta, GA – RealTime Gaming has announced a change in its upper management structure, promoting CTO / COO , Michael McMain to the position of CEO. Co-founder Michael Staw , who previously filled the CEO position, will stay on as Chairman. “We are accelerating, and there is no one in the industry more qualified to lead our company forward in the years ahead,” said Staw. “It's a small change that should do big things to spur our continued growth and leadership in the industry.” RealTime Gaming officials cited McMain's software company management experience, leadership, and hands-on industry knowledge as critical assets the company will need to rely on for the second half of 2005 and beyond. Prior to his tenure at RealTime Gaming, McMain worked for several leading technology companies, first as a development manager with Automatic Data Processing then with Peachtree Software as the manager of their Internet Technologies Group. McMain later joined Vision Systems, leading an effort to develop consumer hand-held devices using GPS navigation technologies. RealTime officials are not expecting any lag in development progress with the change in management; in fact, the company has a number of initiatives scheduled for McMain's first year as CEO. Plans for software development over in the next twelve months include non-English language platforms, more Real-Series Video Slots, and continued development of “no-download” Flash games. Additionally, McMain is committed to enhancing the overall player experience across the board. “Ultimately, it's all about the players – we make games that players love to play, and operators are excited to offer,” says McMain. “Our player-first focus is something that will never change.” |

RTG to exhibit at ICE show in London Atlanta , GA – The bags are packed and tickets are booked for representatives of RealTime Gaming as they prepare for the first event on the 2006 Internet Gaming Tradeshow schedule in London later this month. The International Casino Exhibition, open from January 24-26 will play host to gaming industry insiders and investors from around the world at Earls Court in London . This year's show has an increased emphasis on the i-gaming sector with the introduction of the ICEi section of the exhibition dedicated solely to the “fast moving world of i-Gaming.” Daniel Schultz, Director of Business Development for RealTime Gaming, says his firm will be positioned at the center of the new ICEi exhibit area. “ICE is such a large show that covers so many aspects of the gaming industry, it's nice to see that they are setting aside a portion of the hall for companies with a true online-gaming focus,” says Schultz. “The synergies between land-based gaming and the online world are very important, but it's nice to see they continue to dedicate space for those attendees that are focused online.” As for the RealTime Gaming booth, Schultz says the focus at this show will be the introduction of new features within the RealTime suite, from a new back-end interface to new platform integration opportunities to entirely new game offerings. ICE's international reputation and European locale also allows for RealTime Gaming to re-connect with key industry players from Europe and Asia . “Each show seems to have its own geographic niche, and ICE definitely has Europe covered,” says Schultz. RealTime Gaming can be located at booth #3170 at ICE beginning January 24th. For more information on registration for the event, visit http://www.ateonline.co.uk/104/203 . 2006 ICE Show Great Success for RTG Atlanta , GA – For the eight-man RealTime Gaming contingent that made the trip to London this year, the 2006 International Casino Exhibition was a huge success. The RTG team unveiled their new " Europe " booth, complete with giant plasmas and a moving logo lights, in London last month. The Exhibition, which caters to both land-based and electronic gaming, made some changes this year to support the e-gaming contingent. Many exhibitors, including RTG staff, remarked on the changes from last year's event. "The show itself seems to have evolved - there was a much better job of segmenting the e-gaming sector this year. It focused attention on what is going on in the online gaming world," says RealTime Founder Daniel Schultz . "It really helped channel attendees focused on online gaming to the right booths to see what's new and who is up and coming in the industry." ICE typically is the kick-off event for the e-gaming tradeshow season, and this year is no exception - in the next 6 months, RTG representatives will travel to shows in South America, Canada, and the far East, just to name a few. As Schultz puts it, "Being there on the ground is the best way to see what's happing in the industry across the board, and to best understand the needs of different markets. It can wear you out, but it's worth it in the long run." RealTime Gaming establishes new RTG ASIA to develop Asian market opportunities and service Asian market licensees SINGAPORE– RealTime Gaming establishes new RTG ASIA to develop Asian market opportunities and service Asian market licensees RealTime Gaming management announced the formation of a new Asian-based software development company - RTG Asia – to be operated and staffed in Singapore . The move is representative of RTG's growing focus on the burgeoning Asian market, and signifies a major step in the company's future success in the region. “The truth is, to become a serious player in the Asian marketplace you have to immerse yourself entirely,“ says Daniel Schultz, RealTime Gaming Asia's CEO and Chairman. “We have been able to assemble a great team of talent that has a proven financial record in the region and shares our development and client-support growth philosophies.” Schultz points out that the entire structure of the online gaming business operates differently than in parts of the West where gaming already has an established history. “From the games to payment methods to financial systems, gaming in Asia is literally like speaking a whole new language. We have enlisted native speakers in every sense of the word to ensure we do it right. The new entity is the product of a joint venture between RealTime Gaming and two Asia-based companies, a partnership that should go a long way to ensuring the “native” perspective in the development and management of the new company. RTG's partners in the venture include the Vickers Financial Group - with a 25% interest in RTG Asia – and a prominent, publicly traded, technology leader in the Region. "The principals in Vickers have in the past had very good experiences in investing in the gaming industry. As a result, we like the space - especially given the consumer boom across Asia in the offline sector as witnessed by Macau 's successes and Singapore 's moves to enter the industry,” says Dr Finian Tan, Chairman of Vickers Financial Group. ”All indications point to the online sector following suit. Yet there is no clear leader at the moment in Asia , and RTG looks set to be the first mover." As an early entrant in the Asian market, RTG management is hoping to earn a demonstrative leadership position in the gaming software market in Asia . “The bottom line is, we have the right approach, the right team, and we're first to market with the high caliber Asian corporate alliances that we have in place. That's a tough combination to beat, “states Schultz. The RTG Asia suit of online casino games will incorporate elements of RealTime Gaming's core gaming platform as well as games developed specifically for the Asian market. In addition to standard random-number-generated casino games. RTG Asia will offer Live Dealer gaming and an Asia-specific sports book platform. “We're taking what we already know from our deep experience in gaming and customizing elements to meet the demands of players across the region,” says Schultz. “It's a great example of how we are approaching the entire business – we're marrying RTG's deep knowledge of the gaming business with experts in the region who understand how Asian gaming really works. It's a pretty powerful combination of talents that we think is poised for market-defining success.” For more information about RealTime Gaming, visit www.realtimegaming.com You can get info on Vickers Financial Group at www.vickersfinancial.com . |

RTG Enjoys Another Strong Showing At GIGSE 2006 Another year, another strong showing for RTG at the industry's premiere industry expo. Representatives from RealTime Gaming wrapped another successful showing at this year's Global Interactive Gaming Summit and Exhibition in Montreal last week. With healthy attendance and brisk traffic, reports from the show floor indicate that the annual North American Expo shows no signs of losing steam soon. In the RealTime Gaming booth, the atmosphere was similarly energetic, but a little more understated than last year's booth – a change RTG representatives explain was engineered by design. “Last year, we really amped up the entertainment factor with live contortionist performances,” said Daniel Schultz, Director of Business Development. “It was exciting and fun, but this year, we wanted to be a little more relaxed, and make things as comfortable as possible for our guests.” Relaxing was indeed the order of the day, with a full bar complimented by two masseuses on call to work out visitors' stress. On the other hand, some real business excitement was provided by RealTime Gaming's latest software release, chocked full of new games and a robust new administrative Dashboard feature. “We had some great things to show off this year, so we just tried to get everyone to relax and let our development do the talking,” said Schultz. “It was a nice change from last year, a relaxing environment where we could conduct business at ease.” Fernando Aleman, President of Montana Overseas (the Master Licensor for RTG software) agreed with Schultz's assessment that the RTG booth facilitated “business at ease”. On hand to meet and greet Montana 's customers, Aleman was able to work in a quick massage between appointments, prompting him to comment, “we should do business like this all the time!” RealTime Representatives already have plans in the work to return to GIGSE next year, but the theme will remain a secret – for now. As Schultz puts it, “You never know what we'll come up with for next year!” Founded in 1998, RealTime Gaming creates Internet gaming software for some of the most successful casino sites on the Internet, employing some of the most sought after talent in the areas of game programming, web development, and business statistics.
