Lorne Abony is the CEO, and a Director of FUN Technologies plc ("FUN"). Mr. Abony co-founded FUN (formerly CES Software or "CES") with Andrew Rivkin in June 2002.

Prior to co-founding FUN, Mr. Abony was a venture partner at Elucid Technology Ventures, a private equity and venture capital firm in New York focused on technology and software companies. Prior to that, he was the co-founder and former President of "Petopia.com", an online pet food and supply destination that raised over $100 million from Silicon Valley venture capital firms. Petopia.com filed its shares for listing on the NASDAQ, but was sold to Petco in 2000. Prior to Petopia, Mr. Abony practised corporate and securities law at a prominent Canadian law firm.

Mr. Abony is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Canadian Bar Association. He has an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, an LL.B/J.D. from the International Law Center at the University of Windsor and a B.A. with distinction from McGill University. Albert J. Angel is a partner with AWE Management LLC, a venture fund pursuing opportunities in the interactive gaming market. Mr. Angel has been involved as the founder and principal of several successful interactive services businesses, and draws on his background as a telecommunications lawyer and trade association activist.

Mr. Angel is the past chairman and founder of Internet Billing Company Ltd. (“iBill”) a leading provider of billing services in the global Internet billing market. iBill was sold to publicly-traded InterCept Inc. in April 2002 for in excess of $100 million cash. Mr. Angel is also a founder and principal in ICN Ltd., a leading nationwide 800/900 audiotex and conferencing service bureau.

Mr. Angel’s prior experience in gaming matters includes being the co-founder of the Interactive Gaming Council (“IGC”) and a member of its Board of Directors since inception in 1996. Mr. Angel has testified before several governmental bodies on gaming topics and has been a frequently invited speaker at global gaming conferences.

Mr. Angel is active in industry policy development and in addition to the IGC has served on the Boards of several trade associations including the Billing Reform Council, the American Public Communications Council, the Interactive Services Assn. and the National Association of Information Services.

Mr. Angel was in private law practice in Washington, D.C. in the late 1980’s, and prior to that, a U.S. Justice Department attorney responsible for litigating a major segment of the landmark U.S. vs. AT&T divestiture case. He is admitted to practice in California, the District of Columbia and Florida, and holds a Master of Laws degree from Georgetown University, among other degrees.

Cory Aronovitz is the founder of the Casino Law Group where he concentrates in the area of casino and gaming law. He represents riverboat casinos, Indian casinos, Internet casinos and casino service industries including manufacturers and distributors of gaming related equipment. His practice involves appearing before regulatory agencies related to licensing and game approvals, litigation on behalf of the casino industry and providing creative solutions to client needs.

Cory is a frequent writer and speaker on various topics related to gaming including contributing co-author to Internet Gambling Report VI; Internet Gambling Report V; International Casino Law third edition; Gambling Public Policies and Social Sciences; and Casino Gaming: Policy, Economics and Regulation; and panelist at the Chapman Law School Gaming Law Symposium and IMGL "Cross-Board Issues in Gaming" seminar.

Cory is a member of the Gaming Law Review editorial board, a founding member of the International Masters of Gaming Law, and an adjunct professor of gaming law at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.

In August 2000, Cory was named one of the "Top 40 Lawyers Under 40" by the Chicago Law Bulletin for his contributions to the gaming industry and an is a past award recipient of The John Rosecrance Gambling Research Paper Competition hosted by Institute for the Study of Gambling and Commercial Gaming, University of Nevada.

James Blackledge has been closely involved in the marketing of a number of online casino and bingo sites since 1997. He helped to launch and build the USA and New York Casinos brands for InterContinental Casinos Ltd and was an early player in the online bingo scene, helping InterContinental to bring a number of bingo games to market from 2000, including BingoFun, Zany Bingo, Zodiac Bingo and Ruby Bingo. This month ICC added its first poker game USA Poker.

Prior to all this, James worked for seven years as a staff reporter, crossing the ethical divide to join a PR consultancy in the mid 70s. In 1983 he was recruited by the UK's largest indigenous PC manufacturer, Apricot Computers, seeing the company through from the launch of its first PC in 1983 to its successful acquisition by Mitsubishi Electric in 1990.

As well as responsibility for brand development, player acquisition and retention, James has also been closely involved in the development of online bingo platforms for InterContinental's partners.

Simon has more than 30 years' experience in the international betting industry. He has an outstanding track record in founding, growing, and managing companies in the international gaming sector.

Simon was the founder and main shareholder of Liverpool-based Mawdsley Bookmakers, a successful national chain of retail betting outlets, later establishing a telephone betting business he was the first to introduce large-scale betting via debit cards in 1989.

He moved to Gibraltar in November 1999 to set up Simon Bold (Gibraltar) Ltd. operating telephone and Internet betting, which was subsequently acquired by BETandWIN.com Interactive Entertainment AG. and renamed BAW International Ltd. Simon was retained as MD of the company and has seen BAW become one of the world leaders in online betting and gaming. Michael Caselli has been involved in the online gaming industry since 1996 when he completed his Masters work at the University of London (Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine) analyzing the viability of gaming on the Internet. Following his academic career he became a writer and consultant for the online gaming industry advising strategies for startup online casinos and terrestrial casinos considering their future in online gaming.

In 1999 Michael Caselli founded Lyceum Publishing LLC, which produces and publishes the Internet Gaming magazines "Online Casino News" and "The Gambling Daily". Lyceum Publishing LLC is a daily content provider online gamblers and the online gaming industry. Lyceum Publishing LLC provides information to approximately 3 million readers monthly.

In 2000 Michael was appointed Editor of “Gambling Online Magazine”, the first print magazine dedicated exclusively to Internet gambling. Gambling Online Magazine is distributed throughout the USA, Europe, Asia and Australia. Gambling Online Magazine is the market leader and most widely read international online gaming print publication in the world.

In 2003 Michael also took on the role of Managing Editor of iGaming Business, a trade magazine for the online gambling industry. iGaming Business is read by terrestrial and online casino professionals and offers operational, management, marketing and legal columns to help them run their interactive gaming businesses more efficiently. iGaming Business is the premier trade publication in the industry.

Frank Catania is president and a principal in Catania Consulting Group, Inc. of New Jersey, a consulting firm with extensive experience in gaming issues. An attorney, he is also counsel to Catania & Associates, Law Offices, LLC.

Mr. Catania’s gaming expertise stems from his years as Assistant Attorney General, Director New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement; Vice President, Compliance Officer, Players International; Deputy Speaker of the New Jersey General Assembly and counsel to the Law Firm of Sterns and Weinroth.

He served as the first president of the International Masters of Gaming Law, vice chair and chair, respectively, of the International Association of Gaming Regulators, past chairman of the Forum of American Casino Regulators, and was first President of the International Masters of Gaming Law (IMGL), a non-profit association dedicated to the education and advancement of gaming law.

Mr. Catania has been published on a wide variety of casino gaming and government-related topics in several national publications, regional newspapers, and trade publications.

He is a graduate of Rutgers College and received his JD from Seton Hall University Law School.

Gareth has over 10+ years experience in high value B2B Telecommunication sales & business development (EMEA & Asia Pacific), and has spent over 3 years in the remote interactive gaming/gambling, from consulting roles to heading up a new operation (devising, implementing & launching a "fun, skill & gamble" strategy for online, mobile & iTV gaming back in 2003).

With GamBond's initiative, Gareth and his team have been in contact with all key partners like governments, banks, bank processors, and e-wallet providers. Gareth will bring some of those insight based on public information to the risk management discussion.

Martin Zetterlund has a long and unique experience in assistant large multinational companies in mitigating and handling security incidents. As a co-founder of Sentor, Martin has been responsible for establishing the company's managed security services. He has been a key contributor in building the structures and processes of the Sentor Security Operation Centre.

Martin is now heading the UK operations of Sentor and during the last 18 months has specialized in threats and attacks against online business in general and the I-gaming industry in particular. Together with Sentor's partner, Globix, Martin has also been a vital part in establishing a DDoS mitigation service.
