EUROLINX POKER SWITCHES TO MICROGAMING POKER NETWORK
ISLE OF MAN - Eurolinx announces it has left Tain Poker to join the Microgaming Poker Network - effective immediately. The switch will cause little or no disruption to players.
The company cites increased market consolidation and a desire to provide players with what it believes to be the best available software on the market as the rationale behind the move. Prior to making the decision, the site took the unusual step of consulting its players, a move that, in part, led them to choose Microgaming's proven and stable platform.
Microgaming's ability to provide a variety of tables for all levels, as well as complete independence - ensuring operators retain 100% ownership of their players, were also highlighted as key factors behind the decision.
As a member of the Microgaming Poker Network, Eurolinx will now be able to offer players one of the most aggressive tournament schedules on the web with access to thousands of other poker players, day and night. They will also benefit from regular satellites to some of the world's best offline tournaments.
Jo Remme, CEO Eurolinx, "It is with great anticipation that we make the move to what we are convinced will be the leading poker network. We are extremely pleased with the integration process and being able to go live within the tight time constraints. Now that we are live, we are already seeing confirmation that the entire Microgaming organisation is living up to its impeccable reputation."
Roger Raatgever, CEO, Microgaming says, "We are delighted that Eurolinx has opted to join the Microgaming Poker Network; a network that continues to go from strength to strength. We are also particularly pleased to hear that player feedback played a part in this decision, since it is both the operators and the players that ultimately benefit. We look forward to working with Eurolinx throughout the year ahead and providing thousands of their players with some of the best poker action on the web."
