CryptoLogic Declares Quarterly Dividend
TORONTO, ONTARIO, Feb 14, 2007 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX News Network) -- CryptoLogic Inc. (TSX:CRY)(NASDAQ:CRYP)(LSE:CRP), a leading software developer to the global Internet gaming market, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the company's quarterly dividend of US$0.12 per common share. The dividend will be paid on March 15, 2007 to shareholders of record as at March 8, 2007. The ex-dividend date will be March 6, 2007.
