RealTime Gaming 2006 Releases Continue with New Version 6.1
ATLANTA – Online Casino software developer RealTime Gaming continued its aggressive software 2006 release schedule with the introduction of new version 6.1 of it's popular online gaming software platform. Version 6.1 marks the second release of 2006, with one more release scheduled before year's end.
The new 6.1 platform picks up where 6.0 left off – games, games, and more games. A total of eleven new game titles are included in the release.
Leading the charge is a relative novelty in new online casino games – a new dice-based table game. RealTime's new SicBo is based on a classic Chinese dice game, with the multi-bet, fast-rolling action brought up-to-date for today's online gamer.
Also included in the new release are a slew of new “Real-Series” slot titles, the popular, RTG-proprietary slot games. Release 6.1 includes nine new Real-Series slots games, each delivering 5-reel, 20-line slot action in the proven Real-Series format.
“Real-Series slots continue to perform amazingly well, so we continue to focus on developing more titles in that series,” explains RealTime Director of Product Management Chuck Corcoran.
New Real Series download titles delivered in version 6.1 include “Achilles”, “Aladdin's Wishes”, “Paradise Dreams”, “Paris Beauty“ and “Penguin Power.”
As for new Flash games, there are four new Real-Series titles – “Flash Diamond Dozen”, “Flash Lion's Lair”, “Flash Rain Dance”, and “Flash Tiger Treasures” – along with a new “Flash Jacks or Better” video poker titles.
As with previous releases, all Flash game titles enable instant play with no software download, especially appealing to players that log on to play from a computer other than their own personal machine.
Version 6.1 also delivers new administrative tools in the form of two new reporting tools, helping operators to target the appropriate players with bonuses, contests and promotions.
Version 6.2 is set to release before the end of 2006, but RealTime Gaming representatives are keeping details quiet. “Let's just say that the first two releases have had quite an impact, and we expect 6.2 to make an even bigger splash.” Says Corcoran. “The best is yet to come.”
